Returns Policy

At Italian Living Style, we want you to shop with confidence. Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our mistake (for example, you received the wrong product or a defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to four weeks after handing your package to the courier. This time includes:

• 5–10 business days for the return to reach us,
  
  
• 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process the return, and
  
  
• 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transfer.
  
  

To return an item, simply log in to your account, go to your order history under the “Complete Orders” link in the My Account section, and select Return Item(s). Once your return is received and processed, we’ll notify you by email and issue your refund promptly.

Shipping Policy

Italian Living Style ships to most destinations worldwide. Please note that some products may have restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery.

When placing your order, estimated delivery times will be provided based on:

• The delivery schedules of our courier partners.
  
  

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight. Each item’s weight can be found on its product detail page. To align with courier policies, weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.
